Nestled in a small wooded courtyard opposite the Hotel Drouot, the Edouard Ambroselli gallery invites you to discover, out of sight, a selection of preferred works.
Fascinated by “the modern in the old”, Edouard Ambroselli has specialized in paintings and drawings from the 19th to the early 20th century since opening his gallery in 2008, and his insatiable curiosity has led him to specialize in sculpture from the Middle Ages to modern times.
He tends to prefer terracotta modelling, whose more spontaneous aspect reveals more of the artist’s own genius.
